• Langley Street 23 is a 5 reels, 5 rows slot with spinning reels and 35 paylines.
• Each bet is 100 coins.
• Wins begin with the first leftmost reel and only pay from left to right on consecutive reels. No gaps between the reels are allowed. Only the longest payline per active payline is paid out. An active payline is defined as the longest winning symbol combination.
• A game round starts on the selected bet level when the player hits the Spin button.
• Winnings and winning combinations are paid out according to the Paytable.
• Winnings are presented in the player’s currency or in coins. The player can change preference in Settings.
• The game is played in two modes; Normal mode and Bonus mode with Bonus Spins.

If a symbol with a multiplier is present on the same reel as an expanding wild when it expands, the multiplier values get added to the expanding wild.
• The expanding wild substitutes for any symbol except the bonus, multiplier adder and VHS tape symbols and may include a multiplier.
• When a total of 18 VHS tapes have been collected, the cloning wild symbol is unlocked. A cloning wild re-spin is awarded.
• A cloning wild re-spin is a re-spin with at least 1 guaranteed cloning wild symbol.
• Cloning wild symbols can land on reels 2, 3, 4 and 5. The cloning wild symbol creates a wild symbol in its position and in the adjacent position to the left. The cloning wild may have a multiplier. If it does, this multiplier will also be applied to the new wild symbols.
• If the cloning wild clones over a wild symbol or an expanding wild symbol, it instead adds its multiplier value to that symbol. If the cloning wild does not have a multiplier, it still adds +1.
• If the cloning wild clones over a mystery symbol that has turned into a payout symbol, it turns it into a wild symbol. If the cloning wild has a multiplier value it is added to the symbol.
• Each spin, there is a chance that at least 1 payout symbol type becomes cloning wild symbols for that spin on reels 2, 3, 4 and 5.
• When a total of 24 VHS tapes have been collected, the surveillance TV feature is unlocked and replaces the CRT TV. A re-spin with a guaranteed bonus game trigger is also awarded.
• The surveillance TV is split up into 4 screens. Each screen is paired with a matching VHS tape. When a VHS tape lands, there is a chance that it lights up a part of the image of the screen it belongs to. It may also collect an already collected piece, meaning that nothing happens, and lastly, it may immediately add the remaining pieces of the image.
• Every time the surveillance TV collects a VHS tape, there is an equal chance that the corresponding feature will trigger.
• When a screen’s image is completed one of the following features is awarded:
  • Completing the top left screen triggers the mystery re-spin.
  • Completing the top right screen triggers the expanding wild re-spin.
  • Completing the bottom left screen triggers the cloning wild re-spin.
  • Completing the bottom right screen triggers a re-spin with guaranteed bonus trigger.
• Unlocked feature progression and the state of the surveillance TV is kept between game rounds for each bet level.
• Three or more bonus symbols trigger the bonus game with bonus spins. The bonus game starts at the end of the game round when there are no more winning combinations in view.
