About the Game

Mystical Dragons is a Video Slot with 5 reels and 3 rows. There are 9 regular pay symbols that win if three or more are lined up on a payline, beginning with the leftmost reel, plus eggs and several different gem symbols which pay if the Dragon character lands in the special centre position. There are also two money bags which sit above the reels, which, if opened, will award a number of Bonus Spins. 3 special Dragon collectors can be unlocked by landing a number of Dragon symbols, each activating a different modifier when landing alongside any eggs or coins.

Dragon Symbols

The Dragon symbol is the collector symbol and can land in the centre position on the reels, if any eggs or coins also land their prize is awarded. Special Dragons, with different colour backgrounds, can be unlocked by landing a number of Dragon symbols. Each time a Dragon lands, with or without any eggs/coins, it will decrement a counter displayed on screen. Once unlocked they remain so, and this game state will persist when the game is exited.

Once 5 Dragons have landed the BOOST Dragon is unlocked. This appears with blue flames behind him. If landing alongside any eggs or coins he will shoot a fireball at one or more of them. Any eggs hit will turn into a coin, and coins hit will turn into a higher coin.

Once a further 10 Dragons have landed the MULTI collect Dragon is unlocked. This appears with pink flames behind him. If landing alongside some eggs or coins he will produce a multiplier (up to 4x) which is applied to all eggs or coins prizes within the reel window before collecting them.

Once a further 15 Dragons have landed the RESPIN collect Dragon is unlocked. This appears with red flames behind him. If landing alongside any eggs or coins they will lock in place before re-spinning the remaining reels to try and add extra ones. This continues until either the reels are full of eggs and coins, or a new one is not introduced. All eggs and coins are then collected.

The amount of Dragons required to activate the next level of Dragon is displayed in a meter next to the reels. The status of the counter will persist when the game is exited.

Egg and Coin Symbols

On the reels there are golden eggs and 4 different coloured coins symbols. The egg symbols each display a cash value. The 4 coloured coins are each associated with the 4 pot prizes – MINI (green coin), MINOR (blue coin), MAJOR (purple coin) and GRAND (red coin), the name of the pot is displayed on the coin. These prizes are awarded when a Dragon also lands in the centre position. Cash awards or Pot prizes do not increase with Golden Bet enabled.

The eggs may display the following values (as multiple of base bet): 0.5x, 1x, 1.5x, 2x, 2.5x.

The value of the pot prizes are displayed on screen and change depending on the size of the base bet selected: MINI = 5x, MINOR = 15x, MAJOR = 100x, GRAND = 1000x.

Wild Symbol

The wild symbol is the Dragon symbol, and substitutes for all pay symbols for payline wins.

Money Bags

Two money bags are displayed above the reels, one or both are added to each time the Dragon lands on the reels. Each time they are added to they may grow in size, and may randomly open to award a number of Bonus Spins. The size of the bag has no effect on the chance of opening the bag.

A special red version of the money bags may appear above the reels which contains more Bonus Spins. A blue bag contains 6 Bonus Spins; a red bag contains 12 Bonus Spins. Each time a bag is opened it will reset in size and may also change colour.

The size of each bag persists when changing bet size, the right bag may change colour when selecting Golden Bet which guarantees this bag to be red. The state of the money bags will persist when the game is exited.

Reel Modifiers

Occasionally at the start of a spin, the gong man will strike his gong and a wave of fire will cover the reels, darkening out pay symbols with lots more eggs and coins being shown spinning through. This guarantees a Dragon will land alongside some eggs and coins in this spin.

Occasionally at the end of a spin, the gong man will strike his gong making the centre reel nudge up or down to a Dragon symbol.

Bonus Spins

Bonus Spins are awarded when opening the money bags in the base game. The centre reel Dragon is locked in place, the colour of the fire behind him will alternate during each Bonus Spin to any which have been unlocked in the base game.

The money bags continue to be added to every spin in the bonus by the gong man, and if opened award extra spins. If a bag is opened it is then closed and returned to its smallest size and can be opened multiple times during Bonus Spins. When it resets it may also change colour. At the end of Bonus Spins whatever size the money bags have been built up to persists into the subsequent base game.

If any eggs or coins land, they are guaranteed to be awarded with the Dragon in play every spin, if a special coloured flame lands behind the Dragon, the modifier is awarded as per the base game. Bonus Spins are played with the same bet and lines as the base game.

Golden Bet

In some jurisdictions there may be an option for a player to increase their bet by 1.5x to increase the chance of a Dragon landing, making collections and the bonus more frequent. Golden Bet also guarantees the right money bag is always red, and the size of the money bags do not change when enabling Golden Bet. The pay table and egg/coin awards do not increase with Golden Bet enabled.

How to Calculate Payline Wins

• To calculate your total payline win, calculate all payline wins and add them together.
• To calculate a single payline win, count the number of identical symbols lined up in sequence on the line starting from the leftmost reel.
• If three or more identical symbols are lined up, find the win value in the dynamic Pay Table. Only the highest winning combination per line is paid out.
• Any winning lines you have will be highlighted and your winnings will be credited to your winnings panel.
• At the start of the Bonus round, all wins achieved from the reels are added to the Bonus at the start.

Return to Player

The expected payback reflects the return across a very large number of spins by numerous players over an extended period of time and cannot be affected by the player’s strategy.

The overall theoretical return to player is shown in-game.

Additional Information

• If your game is interrupted during play, you may continue the game round after restarting the game within 24 hours after interruption. After that time, any winnings from an interrupted game will be added to your account.
