Unfinished Games

If your game round is disrupted, all game information and placed bets are stored until you re-open the game. You may continue your unfinished round from the point of interruption. Unresolved bets placed but remaining undecided in incomplete games will become void after 7 days.

Any accumulated collectibles and/or game progress will get cleared after 180 days unless you log onto any Play’n GO game.

Malfunction voids all pays and plays.

Winning symbol combinations must be formed with a minimum of 8 symbols. Winning symbols can appear in any position on the grid with gaps allowed.

Game Rules

SHARK FEAST is a scatter pays 6-Reel game with cascading effect. Symbols drop down into the grid to form winning combinations. Wins are achieved by landing 8 or more matching symbols anywhere on the grid, regardless of adjacency. Winning symbols are removed, and new symbols drop in to fill the grid. The game continues to cascade until no new winning combinations can be created or no Helper Symbols (BUBBLE, EXPANSION BUBBLE and CRUNCH!) land on the reels.

SHARK FEAST includes a WILD symbol. WILD symbol substitutes for any other symbol except Scatter and Helper Symbols (BUBBLE, EXPANSION BUBBLE and CRUNCH!). The WILD symbols help forming winning combinations. The WILD symbol can contribute to multiple winning combinations within the same spin.

CHOMP MULTIPLIERS: After a winning scatter combination, each symbol position that contributed to the win is marked with a Multiplier. These Chomp Multipliers progress through tiers that are always multiples of 2—starting at x2 and reaching up to x2048. When a new win includes one or more Chomp Multipliers, their values are added together to form a total multiplier, which is then applied to the payout for that symbol. Chomp Multipliers remain highlighted with special visuals throughout the cascade sequence and reset only when a new spin begins.

HELPER SYMBOLS: These special symbols trigger effects when they land, helping you build win combinations and increase payout potential. Depending on the symbol, they may add new multipliers, upgrade existing Chomp Multipliers, or manipulate the grid to make wins easier. Helper Symbols can appear during both the Base Game and Free Spins, with some receiving exclusive upgrades during Free Spins for even stronger effects. The following Helper Symbols are available:

• BUBBLE – When it lands, this symbol transforms into a random paying symbol and reveals a Chomp Multiplier ranging from x2 to x8 over the position where the bubble lands. Bubble Symbols can appear during both the Base Game and Free Spins. If multiple Bubble Symbols land in the same spin, they all transform into the same symbol, while each multiplier is assigned independently and can vary between x2 and x8. When a Bubble Symbol lands on a position with an existing multiplier, the two values are multiplied together, updating the position with the new combined multiplier. This symbol can transform into any of the following: LP5, LP4, LP3, LP2, LP1, HP1, HP2, HP3, HP4, or HP5. The possible multipliers to be revealed are: x2, x4 or x8.
• EXPANSION BUBBLE – When it lands, this symbol transforms into a random LP/HP symbol and reveals a Chomp Multiplier of x2–x8 on its position, which is applied to all matching symbols on the grid. The multiplier value is the same across all affected positions, including the one where the Expansion Bubble Symbol landed and the rest of the matching symbols. Expansion Bubble Symbols can appear during both the Base Game and Free Spins. If multiple Expansion Bubble Symbols land in the same spin, each one activates independently. If an Expansion Bubble Symbol and a Bubble Symbol land at the same time, they will share the same symbol and multiplier value. When an Expansion Bubble Symbol lands on a position, or its spreading reaches or affects a position with an existing multiplier, the two values are multiplied together, and the position is updated with the new combined multiplier. This symbol can transform into any of the following: LP5, LP4, LP3, LP2, LP1, HP1, HP2, HP3, HP4, or HP5. The possible multipliers to be revealed are: x2, x4 or x8.
• CRUNCH! – When it lands, this symbol triggers a destructive effect. Upon activation, it removes all symbols in a 3×3 area centred around its position, clearing everything within its blast radius. Additionally, Chomp Multipliers are added to the cleared symbol positions. If any existing Chomp Multipliers are within the blast zone, they are upgraded by one tier, progressing up to a maximum of x2048. CRUNCH! Symbols can appear during both the Base Game and Free Spins. CRUNCH! Symbols can remove all symbols except SCATTERS and WILDS. It does not transform into paying symbols and does not contribute directly to scatter wins, but it plays a key role in grid manipulation and multiplier progression. CRUNCH! Symbol effects are resolved before new cascades begin.

Free Spins

Land 3 to 5 SCATTERS to trigger FREE SPINS. During FREE SPINS, all core gameplay from the Base Game remains active. However, Chomp Multipliers become sticky—they do not reset between spins. During FREE SPINS, Scatter Symbols are replaced by Lucky Voucher Symbols, which grant +1 Free Spin when they land. Three upgrades are available during FREE SPINS. The more SCATTERS you land, the more upgrades will be active. The following upgrades are available:

• MEGA CRUNCH! – When this upgrade is active, it works just like the regular CRUNCH! Symbols, but it removes all symbols in a 5×5 instead of the usual 3×3. Once unlocked, only MEGA CRUNCH! Symbols will appear during FREE SPINS.
• ONLY EXPANSION BUBBLE – When this upgrade is active, EXPANSION BUBBLE Symbols will replace the regular BUBBLE Symbol during FREE SPINS. Once unlocked, the regular BUBBLE Symbol will not land during FREE SPINS. All other symbol types continue to appear normally during FREE SPINS.
• MEGA LUCKY VOUCHER – When this upgrade is active, it replaces the standard Lucky Voucher Symbol with an enhanced version that grants +2 Free Spins instead of +1 when it lands.

Free Spins Types

Depending on how many SCATTERS you land, you’ll unlock one of three FREE SPINS types. All modes include Sticky Chomp Multipliers, which stay on the grid between spins. Each type also grants a different number of upgrades:

• JELLY FISH FESTIVAL – Triggered by landing 3 SCATTERS. You receive 7 initial FREE SPINS and 1 upgrade. You can win up to 14 FREE SPINS in total. If Mega Lucky Voucher Symbol is active, you can win up to 21 FREE SPINS in total.
• DEEP SEA FIESTA – Triggered by landing 4 SCATTERS. You receive 8 initial FREE SPINS and 2 upgrades. You can win up to 15 FREE SPINS in total. If Mega Lucky Voucher Symbol is active, you can win up to 22 FREE SPINS in total.
• AQUA BEAT CARNIVAL – Triggered by landing 5 SCATTERS. You receive 10 initial FREE SPINS and all 3 upgrades. You can win up to 24 FREE SPINS in total.

Bets

Bets are selected using the bet buttons in the bottom part of the game. Click the plus and minus buttons to change the bet one step at a time. To start the round, click START. When the symbols land, the symbols displayed determine your prize according to the paytable.

Go Ultra

The GO Ultra is a toggle button that can be turned on and off when the game is in idle mode during Base Game. It cannot be turned on or off when a feature is currently active. If turned on, features in-game will have added enhancements for an extra 50% in total bet. The 50% addition to the total bet does not affect the line wins nor instant wins that are multiplied to the total bet. The enhancements are the following:

1. Twelve x2 Chomp Multipliers remain permanently locked in the center of the grid and operate under standard behaviour at all times; after spinning, any new wins applied over these locked Chomp Multipliers progress them through fixed tiers that always increase in multiples of 2 and can reach up to x2048. Each new spin resets all locked Chomp Multipliers to x2.

The enhancements are only applied to the feature when it is triggered on a round while GO Ultra is active.
