Eligibility

• This promotion is available to selected existing customers aged 18 or over.
• This promotion is invite-only and is only valid for customers who have received a direct promotional communication relating to this offer.
• Customers must be opted in to Sportsbook marketing at the time the promotional communication is sent in order to be eligible.
• Only one account per customer per site is eligible. Duplicate, linked or fraudulent accounts will be disqualified.

Promotional Period

• This promotion is valid from 00:00 Thursday 11th June 2026 until 23:59 Sunday 28th June 2026.
• Cashback will be calculated weekly based on eligible net sportsbook losses from qualifying cash bets placed and settled during the relevant weekly review period
• Cashback will be credited on selected Mondays following the relevant weekly review period.
• Only qualifying cash bets placed and settled within the relevant weekly review period will count towards cashback.
• Bets placed or settled outside the relevant weekly review period will not count.
• Net losses from different weekly review periods will not be combined.
• The weekly review periods and cashback credit dates are as follows:

Weekly Review Periods

1. Thursday 11th June – Sunday 14th June
2. Monday 15th June – Sunday 21st June

Qualifying Bets

• To qualify, eligible customers must place cash bets on World Cup markets during the relevant weekly review period.
• Only settled cash bets count towards qualification.
• Qualifying bets must be placed at minimum odds of 2.0 (Evens).
• Cashed out, void, refunded and unsettled bets do not qualify.
• Free Bets, bonus funds, or other promotional stakes are excluded.

Cashback Calculation

• Cashback is calculated at 10% of the customer’s net sportsbook losses from qualifying bets placed and settled during the relevant weekly review period.
• Net sportsbook losses are calculated as:
• Total eligible cash stakes – total eligible cash returns
• For example, if a customer places £1,000 in eligible cash stakes during the relevant weekly review period and receives £600 in eligible cash returns, their net sportsbook loss is £400. Their cashback would be 10% of £400, giving a cashback amount of £40.
• If a customer’s eligible returns are equal to or greater than their eligible cash stakes during the relevant weekly review period, no cashback will be due.

Cashback Reward

• Eligible customers will receive 10% cashback on qualifying net sportsbook losses from the relevant weekly review period.
• Cashback will be credited by 5pm on the selected Monday following the relevant weekly review period.
• Cashback will be paid as withdrawable cash.
• Maximum cashback is £100 per customer, per weekly review period.
• One cashback payment is available per eligible customer, per weekly review period.
• Cashback cannot be exchanged for any other reward, bonus, Free Bet or promotional credit.
• Cashback is calculated separately for each weekly review period. Net losses from different weekly review periods will not be combined.
• If a customer’s account is closed, suspended, self-excluded, restricted or under review at the time cashback is due to be credited, cashback may be withheld.

General

• This promotion is available to selected eligible customers only.
• Promotional rewards and any associated winnings may be withheld, cancelled or reclaimed where we have reasonable grounds to believe a customer has:
• Created multiple or duplicate accounts
• Provided false or misleading information
• Used third party or shared payment methods
• Engaged in fraud or collusion
• Participated in betting patterns or strategies designed to guarantee profit or minimise risk solely to extract promotional value, including matched or arbitrage betting
• Customers must deposit and play using their own funds and payment methods registered in their own name.
• Customers may be required to complete identity, age and payment verification checks before promotional rewards or related winnings are credited or withdrawn.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily delayed while verification or eligibility checks are completed.
• Where a customer does not meet the stated eligibility criteria or breaches these terms, the promotion and any associated rewards may be removed.
• We may amend or withdraw this promotion where necessary for regulatory, legal or operational reasons. Any changes will not affect rewards already validly earned under these terms.
