Eligibility

• This promotion is available to existing sportsbook customers only, aged 18 or over.
• Available to selected customers who accessed the Sportsbook at least 2 days ago. Customers who have not yet accessed the Sportsbook or joined within the last 2 days will become eligible once this requirement is met.
• Only one account per customer per site is eligible for this promotion. Duplicate accounts on the same site will not qualify.

Promotional Period

• This promotion has no fixed end date and may be withdrawn or amended at any time. Any bets placed prior to the promotion being withdrawn will be valid.
• Selected players only.

Qualifying Bets

• Customers must place a single cash bet of £10 or more on any Sportsbook market.
• Qualifying bets must be placed when this promotion is the next available promotion in your My Promotions page.
• Minimum odds of 1/1 (2.0) apply to the qualifying bet.
• Only settled cash bets count towards qualification.
• Bets that are cashed out, voided, or unsettled will not qualify.
• Bets placed using Build-A-Bet do not qualify for this promotion.
• Free Bets, bonus funds, or other promotional stakes are excluded.

Eligibility Notes

• A single qualifying bet may only trigger one promotion. For example, a £20 bet used for the Welcome Offer cannot also qualify for the Bet £10 on Sports, Get a £10 Free Bet promotion.
• This promotion (and any other non-Welcome Offer promotion) only applies to a customer’s second or later qualifying bet, not their first qualifying bet.

Reward

• Eligible customers will receive a £10 Free Bet, credited within 2 hours of qualifying bet settlement.
• The Free Bet may be used on any Sportsbook market.
• The Free Bet is valid for 7 days from issue.
• The Free Bet must be placed at minimum odds of 1/1 (2.0).
• The Free Bet stake is not returned – only winnings will be credited to the customer’s withdrawable balance.

General

• This offer is limited to one per customer.
• Promotional rewards and any associated winnings may be withheld, cancelled or reclaimed where we have reasonable grounds to believe a customer has:
• Created multiple or duplicate accounts
• Provided false or misleading information
• Used third party or shared payment methods
• Engaged in fraud or collusion
• Participated in betting patterns or strategies designed to guarantee profit or minimise risk solely to extract promotional value, including matched or arbitrage betting
• Customers must deposit and play using their own funds and payment methods registered in their own name.
• Customers may be required to complete identity, age and payment verification checks before promotional rewards or related winnings are credited or withdrawn.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily delayed while verification or eligibility checks are completed.
• Where a customer does not meet the stated eligibility criteria or breaches these terms, the promotion and any associated rewards may be removed.
• We may amend or withdraw this promotion where necessary for regulatory, legal or operational reasons. Any changes will not affect rewards already validly earned under these terms.
