Eligibility

• This promotion is available to selected existing customers aged 18 or over.
• This promotion is invite-only and is only valid for customers who have received a direct promotional communication relating to this offer.
• Only one account per customer per site is eligible. Duplicate, linked or fraudulent accounts will be disqualified.

Promotional Period

• This promotion is valid on Fridays throughout May 2026 only.
• Eligible login dates are Friday 8th May, Friday 15th May, Friday 22nd May and Friday 29th May 2026.
• Customers must log in to their account between 00:00 and 23:59 (UK time) on an eligible Friday to qualify for that week’s reward.
• Free Bets will be credited within 2 hours of an eligible customer logging in, subject to eligibility checks.

Promotion Mechanics

• Eligible customers who log in on a qualifying Friday will receive one mystery Sportsbook Free Bet.
• Mystery Free Bet values are randomly allocated and may be worth £1, £5, £10 or £20.
• One Free Bet per eligible customer, per qualifying Friday.
• Customers who do not log in on the relevant Friday will not qualify for that week’s reward.

Free Bet Conditions

• Free Bets may be used on any Sportsbook market unless otherwise stated.
• Free Bets must be placed at minimum total odds of 2.0 (Evens).
• For combo bets, each individual selection must be 1.0 or higher, with combined odds of at least 2.0.
• Free Bets are valid for 7 days from the date of crediting.
• The Free Bet stake is not returned; only winnings will be credited to the customer’s withdrawable balance.
• Free Bets cannot be withdrawn, transferred or exchanged for cash.
• Expired Free Bets will not be reinstated.

General

• This promotion is limited to one Free Bet per eligible customer, per Friday during the promotional period.
• Receipt of the promotional email or communication does not guarantee reward eligibility; customers must meet all eligibility requirements and log in during the relevant promotional window.
• Participation in this promotion does not guarantee eligibility for future loyalty or targeted offers.
• We reserve the right to limit, delay or refuse reward issuance where required for regulatory, technical or operational reasons.
• Any abuse of the promotion, including multiple account creation, irregular wagering patterns or attempts to exploit the promotion, may result in disqualification and removal of rewards.
