Getting your Free Bets is simple. Just follow these three steps:

1. Create your account – Register as a new customer and make sure you’re aged 18 or over.
2. Place your qualifying bet – Place a cash combo bet of £20 or more on any eligible sportsbook markets at minimum odds of 3/1 (4.00).
3. Check if your bet has won – If your qualifying bet settles as a winner, £20 in Free Bets will be credited to your account automatically.

Important:

Your £20 Free Bet Reward, Broken Down

Your reward arrives as two separate Free Bets:

• 2 x £10 Free Bets – Valid on sportsbook markets; excluding Horse Racing & Esoccer markets, at minimum odds of 1/1 (2.00).

All Free Bets are valid for 7 days from the time they’re credited. Please note that the Free Bet stake is not returned — winnings only will be added to your withdrawable balance.

How to Find and Use Your Free Bets

Once credited, your Free Bets are easy to access:

Eligibility

• This promotion is available to new sportsbook customers with a valid account, aged 18 or over.
• Only one account per unique player on the network is eligible for this promotion. Any additional or duplicate accounts held by the same customer across the network will not qualify.

Qualifying Bets

• To qualify, customers must place a settled cash sportsbook combo bet of £20 or more on any eligible sportsbook markets.
• Only the first bet placed will be applicable for this promotion. If a single bet is placed as a first sportsbook bet, combo bets placed thereafter will not qualify for the Welcome Offer
• The qualifying bet must be placed at minimum odds of 3/1 (4.00).
• Only settled winning cash bets will count toward this promotion.
• Combo bet placed using Horse Racing and Esoccer markets will not qualify.
• Combo bets placed using Build-A-Bet / Bet Builder do not qualify for the Welcome Offer.
• Cashed out, void, refunded and unsettled bets do not qualify.
• Eligible customers will receive £20 in Free Bets, credited automatically after settlement of the qualifying bet.

Reward

• The £20 in Free Bets will be issued as two separate Free Bets: 2 x £10 Free Bets
• £10 Free Bets:
• May be used on eligible sportsbook markets.
• Minimum odds 1/1 (2.0).
• For Combo bets, the total combined odds must be 2.0 (Evens) or higher; however, individual selections within a Combo can have odds over 1.50 (minimum).
• Horse Racing and Esoccer markets are excluded.
• ‘Boosts & Specials’ & ‘Odds Boosts’ are excluded.
• Valid for 7 days from the time of issue.
• Free Bet stake is not returned; winnings only will be credited to the customer’s withdrawable balance.

General

• This offer is limited to one promotion per unique player on the network.
• Promotional rewards and any associated winnings may be withheld, cancelled or reclaimed where we have reasonable grounds to believe a customer has:
• Created multiple or duplicate accounts
• Provided false or misleading information
• Used third party or shared payment methods
• Engaged in fraud or collusion
• Participated in betting patterns or strategies designed to guarantee profit or minimise risk solely to extract promotional value, including matched or arbitrage betting
• Customers must deposit and play using their own funds and payment methods registered in their own name.
• Customers may be required to complete identity, age and payment verification checks before promotional rewards or related winnings are credited or withdrawn.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily delayed while verification or eligibility checks are completed.
• Where a customer does not meet the stated eligibility criteria or breaches these terms, the promotion and any associated rewards may be removed.
• We may amend or withdraw this promotion where necessary for regulatory, legal or operational reasons. Any changes will not affect rewards already validly earned under these terms.
